- we do not operate a dive shop, hence we do not have our own boat. The Duplex cottage by the beach was designed to be a dive shop with a classroom so you can convert it back should you wish to put up a dive center.

- Your compressor area can be placed at the back of the property so there will be less noise.

- The resort has two beach fronts. One is like a cove where boats go for safety during storms, we call it the boat sanctuary. It is a good place to to park your dive boats.

-For water in the resort, we use the rainwater collected in the rain catchment. During summer time when there is not much rain, we get water from the deep well we have in the resort.
